CONTROLS:

  • X to jump
  • C to grab/drop
  • Arrow keys to move/aim/duck
  • R to reset player

SUMMARY:

Collect the three fruit hidden across the level and bring them to the podiums. When holding a fruit, you can't jump, so some juggling and cloud moving is in order!

This is my first-game jam AND first "completed" game- what an experience! The game changed pretty drastically from my initial scope. There are so many things I wish to have added that I either didn't have enough time for or kept breaking the game, like item outlines, more fruit, and rain clouds, so this exists as a proof of concept for right now!

(If you encounter a softlock, hold W and press R to reset the clouds and fruit to their original posiitions.)

why would you say that to someone who was clearly worked hard on something that looks and plays amazing. seriously. that's super shallow..

this game looks very nice, but I don't know what to do or how to do.

there is an apple I can pick up and walk 2 meters to the left and right. I can't jump with the apple or throw it or anything else.

I have tried for more than 10 minutes without any progress, very frustrating.

you just need to hold the arrow keys to aim your throw! similar to something like mario world. i’ll definitely keep note of the tutorializing being difficult!

I love how the game looks and feels, my only problem is that I'm confused on what to do at the area after you pick up the banana, the area with the little spike corridor. Some indication would be nice. Other than that, the game is super cool!

thank you so much! yeah, i only realized after getting feedback how much of a difficulty spike that one was 😳 i'll make sure to simplify some of the other aspects of that area when i make the final game!
